Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered a pizza at around 6:20pm and went to pick it up within the 30 minute quote time (so at about 6:45) and the store was locked up and closed.. tried calling but the worker picked up the phone and hung up.. waited and knocked on the door since someone was inside but they never opened up to give me my pizza that I had paid for.. poor customer service. They close at 8pm and yet I was unable to get my pizza when it’s well before 8pm. So I got charged and never even got my pizza. Poor management running this establishment. As a previous area manager for Papa Murphy’s it’s sad to see how poorly this store is ran. Update your time online and shut off the OLO if you’re going to close early. Such a waste of gas and a frustrating way to end my night.

Love getting pizza from here and baking it fresh at home. Usually takes 30 mins, from ordering at home to pick up. Quick, tasty and economical. Friendly staff!

Lots of employees cranking out the pizzas! Took less than 10 minutes to fulfill my walk-in order. Great value if you like to cook at home. Also their salad is a terrific value!

Consistently slow and disorganized. Waiting for 25 minutes for a walk in order misses the point of picking up a quick pizza. Multiple call in orders showed up while I was here, and were shocked their order from 1+ hour ago wasn't ready yet. Same story was told to customer after customer "sorry that call in order isn't ready yet, but it's next on our list...."

Customers lined up for noon opening. Manager is late and he is the only person who knows how to run cash register/computer. Employees unable to prepare pizza without a computer generated receipt!!??? Walk in customer waiting 25 minutes for pizza while they prepare online orders.
